Russian security software maker Kaspersky Lab has filed antitrust complaints against Microsoft with the European Commission and the German federal cartel office, it said in a statement on Tuesday. China’s commerce ministry is investigating the planned acquisition by ride-hailing firm Didi Chuxing of US rival Uber’s China unit over anti-monopoly concerns, the ministry’s spokesman said on Friday.
