Only One Exam For Engineering In INDIA
Now that the NEET is in place and the center is strong around this, there are talks around the same thing happening for Engineering entrance exams. All India Council for Technical Education governs the engineering colleges and they are deliberating upon the idea of making JEE as a common entrance exam for all the engineering colleges in the country. IT industry is one of the fast growing fields in India. Fortunately or unfortunately people from other departments are also attracted to IT engineering. The scope of IT is a lot in today’s world. And with some states having their separate entrance exams, it hinders transparency and accountability. It is also difficult for students to keep track of multiple exams and for parents to pay fees for multiple exams.Of course, this issue also has divided opinions, but we think it would be for the betterment of everyone if this is implemented.
