The Student of the Year 2 actress absolutely loves her Manish Malhotra look

A fashion designer that our Bollywood celebs absolutely love is none other than Manish Malhotra. Be it red carpet events or star-studded parties, you are sure to see a parade of Manish Malhotra’s glamorous creations every time. Remember Sonam Kapoor’s wedding reception? From Karisma and Kareena Kapoor to Katrina Kaif and Jacqueline Fernandez, he is undoubtedly the favourite pick when it comes to dressing up in B-town. And among his extensive list of celebrity fans, a new one to join in is actress Ananya Panday, who will be making her debut in Karan Johar’s Student of the Year 2.
Ananya recently posted a picture of her on Instagram, looking stunning in a peach lehenga-choli designed by Manish Malhotra. Her fan girl moment was there for everyone to see, thanks to her caption that read, “Love love love my @manishmalhotra05”.
What seems to be a photo shoot, Ananya is seen wearing a lehenga with intricate thread work detailing and embellishments, the two craftwork Manish Malhotra is renowned for. Adding a modern spin to it is the cold shoulder matching choli with a plunging neckline. And to complete her glam look, the diamond jewellery is the perfect accessory. No surprise that the actress is all thrilled about her Manish Malhotra transformation. Anybody would be.
But this isn’t the first time Ananya is seen wearing a Manish Malhotra lehenga. During Diwali last year, she looked her festive best in a pink, floral themed lehenga-choli from the designer’s prized collection.
We definitely can’t wait to see Ananya Panday transform for a sporty school girl to a style diva on the big screen. And we are certain that we will be seeing lots more of her in gorgeous Manish Malhotra creations.
